Kamal Dev (Pb & Hry)} Art-320 of the Indian Constitution has stated that the Public Service Commission shall conduct Examinations and interviews for recruitment to various Government posts. The State shall also seek the opinion of the Public Service Commission regarding promotion, punishment, change of service of personnel’s under the State Government.
